Got a call from someone saying they were with EE and my sim card was outdated, offering to send me a replacement. They also mentioned a 40% discount on my bill if I stayed on the line while they connected me to the sim distribution team. I ended the call straight away. Right after, I got calls from different mobiles, which I ignored, then received another from a number marked as spam. This quick ring-back went on from about 5 separate spam-flagged numbers before it finally ceased.
