Got a missed call earlier so I messaged back asking who it was. At first they said their name was Tom, but a bit later they changed it to George, then went full name George Thompson. They then started asking me stuff like my name, age, where I live, and why I might need help. Then they said they were searching for something, and added: “I’m George, in my early 50s, live in Durham. Just retired after 35 years, now into property investment and helping women financially. I’m married so gotta be super low-key.” Has anyone else had this weird kind of run-in?
