No doubt about it, this is a dodgy operation! The post office always leaves a card when they're unable to deliver a parcel. I've sent the number off to 7726 to flag it as phishing. Fingers crossed that will be the end of this nonsense!

Got a message from this number saying my parcel from the post office had unpaid shipping and to click a link to arrange redelivery. Didn’t click anything as it seemed dodgy to me. Be careful if you get a text from this number, it might be a scam.
