We've received a text with precisely the same wording, albeit from a different number: 00447597657646, which is simply 07597657646 without the international code. The message goes: "URGENT! If you secured a bank loan before 2007, you might be eligible for a compensation of £2300. To proceed, reply YES." We never disclose our phone number to anyone apart from close family, so this unsolicited message is rather vexing. It's frustrating, as this isn't the first instance either, and we're at a loss on how to put a stop to it.
