I got a call from a woman with a heavy accent who was speaking super slowly, asking if I understood what a hacker was because apparently my computer was under attack right at that moment. I told her yeah, I knew exactly what a hacker was and quickly figured out she was trying to scam me! I just hung up straight away. The number looked like it could belong to someone I know, so that’s why I even picked up in the first place. Such a pain!
