I've had to block four different numbers over the past few days because of these scam calls. An elderly lady I know, who's really struggling with cancer, ended up getting talked into buying £500 worth of bitcoin by these crooks. It's awful, she's got no way to report it since she doesn't own a computer and really wouldn't be able to use one anyway because of her memory issues. It's just so wrong.

I got this automated call, pressed a number and then some bloke with an Indian accent started speaking but I couldn't really catch what he was on about. Blimey, I used to get calls from some bloke named ‘Dave’ who had a funny accent talking about my internet, but now they've switched it up. It’s all automated voice messages with a bunch of options to press. I saw on this site that it’s showing up on the Vodafone network, which got me scratching my head ‘cause why would BT be ringing from Vodafone? Sounds like a proper scam to me!

Got two calls supposedly from BT, but I don't even have a BT line. They said there was an issue with my IP address, which sounded dodgy right from the start. If you pay attention, the voice in the message shifts weirdly, like someone pieced together a script. Definitely a scam.
