They purport to be from Orange Upgrades, but honestly, it was rather off-putting. After ringing them repeatedly to find out how they got hold of our number, it became downright vexing! The gentleman on the line was clearly agitated, and when I pressed for the name of the company they were representing, she completely shut down and hung up on us. Just baffling behaviour, really!

It’s quite clear that the updates regarding Orange are quite alarming, rather than the situations with NT. The moment we received a return call, we immediately inquired about how they got hold of our number, as such calls tend to be quite bothersome! It’s a significant concern, especially when dealing with a gentleman who only became aggressive once his association with a less than pleasant relationship came to light. The instant we pressed him for details about the company he was supposedly representing, he flatly refused to divulge any information. Quite the charmer, isn’t he?
