I got a weird automated ring claiming to be from Amazon, saying I owe £80 for a Prime subscription I’ve never signed up for. The voice told me to hit 1 to sort out the payment details. I didn’t pick the call, instead I phoned the number back and it went straight to an O2 voicemail that wouldn’t even let me leave a message. Seems dodgy, feels like a scam to me. Honestly, don’t fall for this, just block and delete it. O2, if these are genuine scammers using your lines, you really need to deal with them!
