Somebody called pretending to be from BT, saying there was an issue with my internet. It's obviously a scam to try and con elderly folks who aren't tech-savvy. Just remember, your internet supplier would never ask to access your computer - that’s not what they do. Their responsibility is only to manage the connection and bill you, if you’re with BT or anyone else.
