I got a proper call from someone at Virgin Media, she was really friendly and helpful. You could tell she was working from home - there was a little kid in the background trying to get attention during our chat! I’d asked about when Virgin would be available in my area, and she checked and found out they’re actually just down the road. Thanks to her, I’m finally free from BT!

A mate of mine told me to ring this number cos they just got Virgin Media. Seemed a bit dodgy to me though. Why would Virgin call from a mobile? The woman on the other end didn’t give any account details and straight up asked for bank info. I can’t be certain, but it all felt pretty fishy.
