Whatever you do, steer clear of this ruse!

I recently received a call from this number, claiming to represent O2 and suggesting that our contract was nearing its conclusion. The thing is, that’s simply not true. As soon as I started asking them a few questions, they abruptly hung up on me. Quite suspicious indeed!

We've recently encountered a rather tiresome attempt to sell us a ridiculous phone upgrade. We decided to feed them some made-up details, and then the agent had the audacity to ask for our bank information. Naturally, we told her we didn't have any to give, and she suggested we call back later. Absolutely not, we know their little trick all too well. It’s unfortunate that some individuals may be taken in by such tactics; she nearly caught us off guard. When we pressed her about why there were no proper staff visible on the screen, she muttered something about client confidentiality. Honestly, just avoid any interaction with these sorts altogether.
