I’ve tried to reach out to these folks, only to be left hanging with some dreadful hold music before it abruptly cuts off. When I redial, I’m faced with the same monotonous tunes that just vanish into silence. Do take a moment to glance at your statement; you'll likely find they've slapped a charge of £1.50 on you for the pleasure of waiting or trying to speak to them. Quite the cheek!

If you hang on a moment, you’re met with some dreadful hold music that makes you want to gouge your ears out. It’s worth checking out their account; it appears these folks are pocketing £1.50 on top of the standard charges for a simple call or response. What a right con!
