Received a call pretending to be from NatWest, asking for details not just about my accounts with them but also from other banks I deal with, plus info on mortgages and loans for me and my family. The call sounded pretty genuine, even used real names of NatWest staff. The caller claimed they could assist me in getting extra money and reviewing my current accounts. Banks already have access to this info and wouldn’t request it from you, especially about other banks, since they’re all linked up. Felt like a total scam to me.
