I got a call from some bloke called Joe Berresford about fixing a leak, but he never gave me the money. I had to go round and put in a new ball valve because he somehow broke the old one - no idea how he managed that. Since then, I've been called back to deal with more leaks that had been covered up by the mess he left at one of his customer’s places. Seems like he fancies himself a handyman but really hasn't got a clue when it comes to plumbing.
