Claimed to be from NatWest, said my mortgage deal was ending in December. Tried to set up a Zoom meeting too. Mentioned my usual contact wasn’t doing personal calls anymore, which I’d actually read in an email, so it seemed a bit genuine at first. I ended the call straight away, but then they rang me back again. NatWest themselves said they don’t usually call back if you hang up on them. Not sure what that was about, I just declined and put the phone down.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with NatWest premium banking trying to chat about investments. The way they spoke English was pretty bad, definitely sounded dodgy. Sounds like a total scam to me.
