Honestly, I'm not sure what to make of this. I got a call from them but didn’t pick up, then I got a voicemail. The caller said something like "hello? *pause* hello? Is this..." and then said my name before stopping. I could hear some music playing in the background, so it’s kinda suspicious. Plus, I don’t even use EE for my data, so I’m not convinced this is legit.
