loads of times ive got bogus calls pretending to be from amazon prime. ive found the best way to deal with em is by just picking up and staying silent till they start talking. their automated system waits for you to say something before patching you through to one of their scammers. if you just keep quiet, the call ends pretty quickly, and atleast they get charged for ringing you.
