I've tried blocking this number loads of times but it just keeps ringing, really driving me crazy!

Got a call from some dodgy number saying my National Insurance had been involved in fraud, and they warned me about pressing charges. Told me to wait so I could talk to a lawyer or something. Definitely sounded like a scam.
