Blimey, what a load of rubbish! Just got this robotic voicemail saying some joker's gone and bought an iPhone 11 for over a grand using my Amazon account. Now I'm stuck - do I hit 1 to do nothing or 2 to chat with someone about cancelling it? Feels daft, like they should have a fraud department for this kinda thing instead of just throwing me a cancellation option. Weird how they’re calling it fraud but don’t properly help with it!
