This was a total scam! Got a recorded voice claiming to be from some UK call centre saying I’d ordered an iPhone for £399 through Amazon. They told me to press 1 if it wasn’t me, so I did - then I had to wait on hold for some bloke who couldn’t speak proper English. Ridiculous! I don’t even shop on Amazon and luckily my bank details haven’t been affected. Definitely dodgy!
