Got a call about some purchase on my Amazon account, which is odd because I’ve never even had an account with them. They also mentioned that £1200 had gone from my bank to somewhere abroad, but luckily my bank won’t allow transfers without my OK. Then they asked me to press 1 to chat with their ‘security team’. I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away. It was definitely a scam, despite how legit it sounded. Watch out for calls like this!
