Yesterday I got a call from a random mobile number, and the person asked if I wanted to do an account review. Then today, another caller rang me from a different mobile, saying they had details about my account. It felt a bit dodgy, especially since it was just out of the blue on a mobile number. Didn’t really trust it.

Don't be fooled, this call isn't really from RBS. They sound legit, but it's a total scam. They tell you to ring the number on the back of your card to double-check, but if you use the same phone, it just loops you back to the scammers. Best to use a different phone to be safe.

I got a phone call from someone called Charlene claiming to be from RBS. I rang up RBS myself just to check, and they told me it was legit.

I rang up my bank and they told me it was a total scam. Best thing is to block that number and steer clear of it.

Got a call from someone saying she was Charlotte at RBS customer service, who wanted to arrange a Zoom meeting about my account and saving some cash. Felt a bit off since they rang from a mobile and asked me for my email and date of birth. I rang RBS myself and they said they never do Zoom meetings like that and warned it’s a scam. Ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
