I got a call from someone working for Marston Recovery, an enforcement agent. He was really nice, quite understanding and really helpful. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about him!

I got a call meant for my previous place from someone claiming to have a ‘high court writ’. He wouldn’t say his proper name or what he was about, just insisted his name was ‘Ziggy’. Honestly, I’m hoping he rings back so I can report him to the cops.

A bailiff was really unprofessional and started intimidating someone who seemed quite vulnerable. It was honestly quite upsetting to hear how they spoke to them.
