Got a call saying I had important papers from the U.S. that needed my attention. They claimed they’d been trying to reach me loads of times. The voice was robotic and at one point, it offered to switch the message to Chinese. Before I could do anything, it just started talking in Chinese on its own. Total rip off, definitely a scam.

I got a voicemail claiming to be from Paypal, saying I needed to confirm a purchase of an iPhone by pressing 1 for yes or another number for no. I wasn't buying anything like that, so I just hung up without pressing anything. Thought if I pressed no, they might connect me to someone or maybe try to charge me for the call.
