I put up a post on 1st Feb and then got another message on the 3rd about some ANPR notice. This latest text warned that if I don’t respond by calling, they’d see it as agreeing to legal steps for a CCJ. Problem is, i) I dont own a car, and ii) CCJs arent even a thing here in Scotland. Quite suspicious really.

Got a call about some supposed unpaid ULEZ fee. They even knew my postcode and name, which honestly made it sound a bit believable at first. But since I don’t drive or even have a car, it was pretty clear it was a scam right away.

My phone buzzed for just a couple seconds before I got a text saying "NO_REPLY." It said it was from some debt enforcement firm called Bristow and Sutor, and claimed there was an ANPR warning about my car. Thing is, I don’t even own a vehicle here in the UK. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
