Kept quiet for about 10 seconds, then I caught a barely-there "Hello" right when I ended the call. After seeing other comments, I’m definitely going to block this number.

Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent about some PPI thing. Told her I wasn’t interested and ended the call pretty quick, then went ahead and blocked the number. No thanks.

Watch out for cold callers! As soon as I mentioned that they were ringing me out of the blue, they immediately cut the call. Straight to BLOCKED from me.
