Yesterday I got a call from a number quite close to this one, but starting with 07304 instead of 07806. I know it’s not exactly the same, but this site says they’re both linked to “EE Limited,” which seems odd to me. Why would EE phone just to ring for a few seconds then hang up before you even pick up? The call I got didn’t say anything, but when I tried calling back, I heard a quick “Goodbye” - which another user mentioned might be a trick to rack up charges on your phone. Seems like a classic scam to me, so I’d say best not to answer calls like that.
