I got a call, saying it was Amazon telling me they’d taken £79 for Amazon Prime. They said if I didn’t wanna keep the subscription, I should press ‘1’. What they didn’t say was that pressing that would cost me a £5 premium rate call and then put me through to someone trying to fish out my bank details. Absolute scammers, just taking advantage of people.
