Got a call from a woman named ‘Alexa’ saying she was from BT’s tech team about some broadband issue. When I asked for a number, she gave me 0800 800150, which is actually BT’s real contact. But the moment I told her I’d ring her back, she got all nervous and suddenly cut off. Strange!
