Almost certainly a scam. When I picked up, an automated voice claiming to be from my “bank” said there was a £600 payment to an overseas account put on hold, and told me to press 1 to talk with someone. I just hung up straight away. Later I checked with my bank directly and found no sign of any payment like that. When I looked up the number, it showed up as an Indian mobile phone, as far as I can tell.
