This number 07805162919 has been ringing me non stop, day and night. Every time I answer, there's no one there and then they just drop the call. Dunno where they got my digit from. I've just blocked them now.

I’ve been getting loads of calls from people with Asian accents since the 18th of August claiming I’m owed £1,000 but first need to pay £20 a month for life insurance. Total con! Then they kept ringing to say I’d supposedly cancelled my policy. Got fed up and told them they were scammers, and they got all weird and started shouting at me when I said I didn’t want the policy. Told them it was complete rubbish - you don’t need to get a policy for a PPI claim. In the end, had to block the number. Don’t fall for it, and make sure you report them!

Got a call from an Indian woman claiming I had a cheque for £2,900, said it’d arrive in about 16 days. Then she told me I had to sign up for life insurance to get the cheque - total rubbish. I blocked the first number, but they rang me again from two other different numbers. Classic PPI scam stuff.

Just like loads of others mentioned, it was about a PPI refund but they kept going on about having to get some life insurance or sort out something related to it. Honestly, he wasn’t too clear about what exactly you’re meant to do.

For the last 6 days, ive had these calls non-stop, 4 times just today alone. They tried to convince me yesterday id get £2,900 back from some PPI claim. Then 'Dave' (who sounded more like Mr Patel) rang this morning saying I was entitled to £2,400. Later on, another bloke called himself 'Dominic' (maybe Mr Singh), telling me I could get £2,400 if I took out a life insurance policy first. I just said no and blocked the number. It’s clearly one of those scams but I’m not sure exactly what they’re after. Best thing is to just ignore the calls!

Got a call from this number yesterday evening. The woman on the line had an Indian accent and said I was owed a £2300 refund for my PPI. I replied, "Is that so?" She then got annoyed and actually called me an 'idiot' before ending the call!

If you get a call from 07805162919, just ignore and block it. This number belongs to some scammers in India (and yeah, I’m Indian too). They were really rude and even started threatening me, saying stuff like they know where I live, mentioning deadly threats. Got a call from someone saying they had insurance or PPI deals or something, couldn’t really get what they were about. Then they said they were from the FSA, but it felt really dodgy. I’ve reported them to the ICO now. Such scammers!

Be careful, they’ll hit you with all sorts of charges after taking your money. Complete scam, honestly... Sometimes it’s PPI, other times it’s some kind of insurance deal, but don’t be fooled into thinking they actually care about you. Trust me, they’re just out to line their pockets.

Got a call from 07805162919 and they claimed to be from the government’s British finance department, even dropped my name! Honestly, it was pretty worrying and should be cracked down on. The fact they called from a mobile number was a dead giveaway. Feels like they’re just spamming numbers, hoping to catch someone vulnerable.
