Absolutely awful experience - the guy couldn't even say my name right, and when I tried to help him, he just said he didn't give a damn about it. Sounded like he was either wasted or on something. Totally unacceptable behaviour.

Got a call I reckon was from China or somewhere similar. It was some robot voice telling me to call back. If you do ring them, you probably end up talking to someone who’ll want your personal details before doing anything. Picture this, you call back and they say it’s for ‘security reasons’ but really they just wanna know your full name, phone number, and where you live. Next thing you know, they’ve got all your info in no time.
