If they claim money’s been moved from your account, they should be able to tell you everything about it. Ask them what bank you use. Most likely, they’ll just hang up. I just got this automated call saying £600 has been taken from my bank card to some overseas account. They asked me to press 1 if I’d made the payment, or 2 if I hadn’t. Naturally, I didn’t press anything and the call ended. I’m guessing if I had pressed a button, it would have either put me through to a premium rate number or tried to get my card info.

Got a call from someone claiming to be "Visa," warning me about a £300 donation heading to a charity in China, with a woman asking me to press 1. This happened again just a couple of days ago. I told my bank right away. Each time, I just let the message play out and then ended the call. No doubt it’s a scam, probably trying to steal your info or bank details. Best thing to do is ignore and just hang up immediately.
