According to the uk-community[###] site, this O2 number is linked to someone in Eggbuckland, which is near Plymouth. If you're around that area, maybe have a look at local businesses dealing with conservatory windows or roofs. Mind you, that Eggbuckland info could be wrong, same with it actually being an O2 number. Probably best to report it to the ICO and let them handle it.

SCAMMERS. They ring up pretending to be from your bank, internet support, conservatory firms, boiler replacements, insulation services, and now today they offered to 'fix my slow email'. I've used BT Call Protect which is free and blocks them instantly. Not sure if other landline companies have anything like this, but it really does the job. You just log in, see who’s called, and decide to allow or block them. Over 800 nuisance calls stopped in 3 weeks! Finally, something that’s actually effective.

Got a recorded call from some unknown firm about a supposed Government plan to replace LPG and oil boilers. I'm marking this as risky for a couple reasons. First off, the message asks you to press a number to get more info, but you can't be sure where the call goes or if it’ll be expensive.
