So I picked up and got one of those automated messages saying something about my Amazon Prime account being hacked, and to press 1. The moment I did, a real person got on the line. From the start, I knew it was dodgy, so I had a bit of fun with them. I acted like I was a salesperson myself, messing about and telling them they needed to give me their info before I could help with my “sales”. Seriously, these scammers are easy to spot.
