Was ringed up by this number claiming to be from some "Immigration Office," telling me my visa had run out and I should press 1 to keep talking (they even gave an option in Chinese, which was odd). I'm from the UK, so none of this applied to me. Still, I can see how someone with a valid visa might fall for it and willingly carry on the call, which is pretty dodgy if you ask me.

I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer there's nothing but silence - just dead air. Then they hang up, only to phone again a few seconds later, doing the exact same thing. I've had about 5 calls from them today alone. It's like someone's there quietly listening without saying a word. Quite spooky really.
