Got a call claiming to be from Amazon, saying they'd take over £500 from my bank for some electronic gadget. They started asking if I owned a mobile or laptop. Then they told me to put my phone on speaker - at that moment, I ended the call. I rang Amazon directly, and they told me it wasn’t their doing; they only email about invoices, never call. They warned that the scammers would've next asked for my bank details to supposedly refund the money for something I didn't buy.
