Got a call earlier from someone claiming they were with Amazon. They said if I wanted to cancel my Amazon Prime, I should press 1 to talk to a supervisor. Then this guy answered, spoke with a really thick Indian accent, and said he didn’t have any of my info? I could barely make out what he was saying! I told him I’d just sort it out online instead. Not even a minute later, he rings me back again saying the same thing about not having my details. I just ended the call right away!
