When I asked who was calling, they said something about Nationwide building society and asked if I was still paying my mortgage. Thing is, I don’t have a mortgage, so I just ended the call.

dodgy cold callers, watch out! they claimed to be from hotpoint, but when i said i didn’t live at the address they mentioned to verify me, they hung up right away. never give out your address! always try to end the call quick, then check the number online if it feels suspicious. if you’re unsure, report them for everyone’s safety!
