Got a call from someone claiming to be Amy at BT Broadband saying they needed to do some maintenance. She asked if my internet was cutting out or unstable, which it wasn’t. Then she wanted me to access my computer for some checks. I told her I couldn’t right then as I was busy, and after a short silence, she just hung up. Feels dodgy to me, probably a scam.
