Got a call from a woman saying she was with BT, telling me my internet was running slow and she could fix it. When I asked her what the call was about, suddenly a bloke jumped on the line saying he was a senior technician. I found it really fishy and asked why he was speaking instead, so I just hung up straight away. Be on your guard with calls like these.
