I got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon Prime, saying they were charging me for a subscription. The message said to press 1 if I wanted to cancel, so I did. I told them we don’t even have an Amazon account anymore. Right after that, they kept pushing me to “get on the computer,” which I refused multiple times because something felt off. I’m quite old and not in the best health, but luckily I didn’t share any personal info. When I couldn’t get any sense from the caller, I just hung up. The call came through at about 9:45 AM on 10th October 2020.
