SCAM ALERT. I ignored a call from a number I didn’t recognise, but later got a voicemail transcript. The caller said they were from "the immigration department" and warned me to answer next time or risk missing vital info. They also said I could ring back and press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese! Seriously, no option for Arabic, Urdu, Swahili or Albanian? Seems our country’s standards are really slipping!
