This was totally a scam pretending to be the NHS. When I called, they played a sort of waiting noise that's meant to be like the NHS one, but it was off somehow. The voice asking if I wanted the call in English or Welsh was weird and not quite right either. Plus, they didn’t mention the usual "this call is being recorded for quality and training purposes" line, which you always hear. So yeah, definitely a dodgy call trying to trick people.
