Got a call from someone claiming to be the Norfolk and Suffolk Advisory Service about some government scheme for heating help that’s supposedly not means tested. After I asked a few questions, they wouldn’t tell me how they found my number and there’s actually no such organisation. Told me to just ignore it and hang up because it’s a load of nonsense!
