Got a call after I posted on Wilko's Facebook complaining about a missing delivery. The guy said he was from Wilko and somewhere in London, but his English was pretty poor. Wouldn't tell me exactly where he was or even what the weather was like (and it was freezing here). He also refused to confirm who actually owns Wilko. When I asked about my order, he kept dodging it and wouldn’t say where the parcel was. Then he asked me to download some app to verify my identity so he could supposedly give me compensation. Definitely felt dodgy to me.
