+44 7799 968162 definitely block this number! Got a text saying something like: DVLA have found you’ve got money back from paying too much vehicle tax. They told me to click on some link [#]tax-refund017[###]?c=2 to claim it. DVLA never contact you this way, so don’t trust it or click anything.

Not sure how they ended up with my number but they asked straight away for me by name. They claimed it was about a Government programme to help with unsecured debts. I told them I’ve got none and then just cut the call.
