I too fell victim to counterfeit Bestival tickets and, regrettably, never received anything in return. I've reported this to the local constabulary - the “domps” as they’re referred to - and they’re poised to take action against the bank account associated with the transaction. Keep up the correspondence through messages and emails; they’re quite serious about issuing a police warning or even setting a court date to ensure the fraudster is held accountable for every last penny pilfered. If you’ve kept any correspondence, be sure to print it out and forward it along. I’m also going ahead with filing charges, even if I manage to reclaim my funds, so don't hesitate to do the same.

Purchased four tickets for Bestival and the seller has neither delivered the tickets nor provided a complete refund. I’ve passed their details on to the police for further investigation.
