Got a call on my landline from a woman with an Asian accent, struggling a bit with English. She claimed to be from Microsoft and told me I had to switch on my computer to fix some security issue they found. When I asked how they linked my landline to my PC, she couldn't really explain properly. I told her I'd ring back later. She gave me a number 03448002300, but when I tried it, no luck - dead line. I also tried phoning her mobile but no reply. Definitely smells like a scam to me.
