For more than two years now, I've been getting texts from this number. I’ve tried blocking it but it keeps coming through. When I called back, a man answered but refused to say who he is, even though he obviously knows me. I’ve even gone to the police but they couldn’t do anything. I just really want to find out who this creepy person is - he could literally be right next to me or my wife in some pub, restaurant, or on the bus, and we’d have no clue who he is.
